The Private Land (Own Construction)

1. Ownership/ Lease deed (Original) - মূল মালিকানা/লিজ দলিল।

2. Baya deed for 21 years (original/certified/photocopy) - বিগত ২১ বৎসরের বায়া দলিল।

3. C.S., R.S., S.A. and City Jorip Khatian/Parcha 

4. Recent Survey Report  (i.e. Math parcha duly attested)

5. Mutation Parcha based on Recent Survey Report

6. Up to date "No Encumbrance Certificate" for 13 years. - দায়মুক্তি সনদপত্র

7. Up to date Land Tax Receipt - হাল সনের খাজনা রশিদ।

8. Approved plan and approval letter by Rajuk / Authority.

9. Detailed estimate of the cost of construction prepared by a qualified Engr/Architect at current market rates

- কোন স্বীকৃত প্রকৌশলী/স্থপতি কর্তৃক বর্তমান বাজার দরে নির্মাণ ব্যয়ের বিশদ বিবরণ।

 

For Government Plots (Own Construction)

1. Ownership deed / Lease deed of land - মূল মালিকানা/লিজ দলিল।

2.  deed for 21 years (original/certified/photocopy) - বিগত ২১ বৎসরের বায়া দলিল। 

3. Mutation Certificate - নামজারী পৰ্চা।

4. Up to date land Tax Receipt - হাল সনের খাজনার রশিদ।

5. Permission from the lessor to mortgage (if required) – বন্ধকের অনুমতি ।

6. Approved plan and approval letter by Rajuk/Authority - রাজউক/কর্তৃপক্ষ অনুমোদিত প্লান।

7. Detailed estimate of the cost of construction prepared by a qualified Engr/Architect at current market rates

- নির্মাণ ব্যয়ের বিশদ বিবরণ।
